Don’t worry about anything; instead, PRAY about everything. Tell God what you need and thank Him for all He has done!–Philippians 4:6
When the Kingdom of God breaks through, people are healed and miracles occur. We are part of the plan to establish the Kingdom of God – FULLY! We are all part of the Kingdom connected to one another through the Body of Christ.
Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.–Romans, 12:4-5
Our Prayer and Healing Ministry is our expression of the call by Christ to pray to Him always for our selves and one another. Prayers of praise and thanksgiving in gratitude for all He has done for us! Prayers of intercession and hope for our struggles, challenges and needs. Prayers of forgiveness for our sin paid for with the blood of Christ through His death and resurrection. Prayers requesting His healing intercession for the sick and infirmed. Prayers spoken for special intentions where intervention through His loving Grace is the key to recovery and a return to the fullness of life. They can be special and customized, spoken silently or aloud. Prayer uttered alone in our quiet solitude; face to face with another or with the assistance of many others shouted and sung out in fellowship with groups small and large. As said previously, when the Kingdom of God breaks through, wonderful things happen and healing and miracles DO occur! One way we do this is PRAYER….
When we pray as Jesus taught us, that is a Kingdom prayer. This is asking for the Kingdom to break through.
This then is how you should pray:
“Our Father in Heaven,
Hallowed be Your name,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
As we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.”
Pray, Pray, Pray! Everyday, all day, and for everyone! Do it alone and in fellowship with others! At home and out making disciples of all men as Christ commanded! Quietly in silent solitude and/or boldly out evangelizing with others where we are Spirit-led to go to the people, places, situations and circumstances calling us to come and address the greatest need(s). For we know from His Word,
Where two or three gather in My Name, there I am with them!–Matthew, 18:20
